We have settled up with L&I. However instead of reinstating Phoenix underground construction. We have started a new entity. That entity's name is madrona Brothers LLC. UBI# 604975694 licence number# MADROBL774D3. Can we have that demo permit moved into that entities name? Let me know if there's any more information that is needed to achieve that. According to L&I's contractor look -up tool, your license number PHOENUC791BG is expired as of 01/12/2023. This expired license will have no effect on the review of your permit application but it will cause delays at final approval if your license number is still expired. I wanted to reach out in advance to give you time to get your license in good order. We will check your license information again at final approval and reach out if we are still showing an expired license.
