<br /> <br />B - 3 <br />2. Funds shifted shall aggregate no more than twenty percent (20%) of the total allocation <br />amount. <br /> <br />3. Funds shifted shall be within the original allocation. Authorization to shift funds IS NOT <br />authorization to exceed the original amount of the allocation. In no event shall payments <br />by the County under the Agreement exceed the Contract Maximum. <br /> <br />4. Funds may only be shifted among items listed in the original budget. No new budget items <br />or expenditure categories may be funded without an amendment to this Agreement. <br />
