July 19, 2023 <br />4 <br /> <br />• Kate McFarlane <br />• Jeremy Kohlenberg <br />• Doug Mody <br />• Michael Jurkiewicz <br />• Elizabeth Douglass <br />• Nancy Hecht <br />• Emily Simpson <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING & ACTION ITEM: <br /> <br />President Stonecipher opened the public hearing for Council Bill 2306-35. <br /> <br /> <br />Planning Director Yorik Stevens-Wajda provided a brief overview of the proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued with Yorik Stevens-Wajda answering council questions. <br /> <br />The following members of the public spoke: <br /> <br />• Dylan Sluder <br />• Diane Belote <br />• Paula Jones Gong <br />• Ismail Mohammad <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members Rhyne and Fosse <br />who were excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br />COUNCIL BILL 2306-35 <br /> <br />THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE amending sections of the Everett Municipal Code, Title 19 for Accessory <br />Dwelling Units <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, that this is declared <br />to be the third and final reading of Council Bill 2306-35.
