• <br /> ORDINANCE No. <br /> 2679 <br /> An Ordinance repealing Section 106 of Ordinance <br /> No. 2513 entitled as follows: <br /> "An Ordinance relating to, and providing for, <br /> the licensing and regulating of certain occupations, businesses., <br /> vocations, trades, callings, amusements, places of amusement, <br /> exhibitions, entertainments, animals, motor vehicles, places <br /> and establishments; defining offenses, providing penalties; <br /> providing for the revocation and suspension of licenses; <br /> repealing Ordinances No. 2196, 853, 1301, 1503, 1583, 1585, <br /> 1595, 1598, 1771, 1851, 1932, 1941, 1948, 1964, 2087, 2182, <br /> 2249, 2333, 2370 and 2038, and all other ordinances and parts <br /> of ordinances in conflict herewith, " <br /> and declaring an emergency. <br /> THE CITY OP EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Section 106 of OrA.nance <br /> No. 2513 be, and the same is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 2: An emergency is hereby declared <br /> to exist and this ordinance will take effect upon its <br /> passage and publication. <br /> -Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Passed: 1936. <br /> Published: <br /> , 1936. <br />
