ORDINANCE NO. 2670 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 511, for the improvement of Lombard Avenue , from the manhole north of 12th Street to 9th Street; by the con- struction of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work on the entire district necessary to make a complete improvement, under Ordinance No . 2629 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land, as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor for material used , upon a fixed estimate with incidental expenses at an approximation of 257 of the total costs, and the remaining costs to be paid by Federal funds do- nated as labor under the VERA plan of the Federal Government therefor . THE CITY OF EVERETT DORS ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improve- ment District No. 511 , for the improvement of Lombard Avenue, from the man- hole north of 12th Street to 9th Street, by the construction of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances, and the doing of all other work on the entire district necessary to make a complete improvement, under Ordinance No. 2629 of the city of Everett , as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2. That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same , and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several - assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assess- ment against each lot , tract and parcel of land and other property appearing on said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon, being an approximation of 25% of the total costs and the remaining costs are to be paid by Federal funds donated as labor under the WER& plan of the Federal government therefor. Section 3 . That the /-)7 day of February, 1936 , is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement. Section 4.
