<br />DOL CDL Third Party Examiner 14 of 28 DOL K7951 <br />AG Rev June 2022 <br />ATTACHMENT B: CODE OF ETHICS <br /> <br /> <br />The following Code of Ethics is applicable to all persons who provide CDL skills testing services <br /> <br />1. Scope of Practice - CDL Examiners must maintain a professional demeanor to all test applicants, and <br />may not counsel, advise, express personal opinions, or engage in any other activities which may be <br />construed as constituting a service other than CDL skills testing services to individuals for whom they <br />are testing. <br /> <br />2. Compensation - CDL Examiners may not directly or indirectly receive any gifts, compensation, or <br />benefits from test applicants for services rendered or to be rendered, except as allowed under the <br />provisions of this Agreement. Examiners may not use DOL’s time, facilities, equipment or supplies for <br />their own private gain or advantage outside of the scope of this contract. Examiners may not use or <br />attempt to use their position to secure privileges or exemptions from DOL. <br /> <br />3. Integrity - CDL Examiners must uphold the honor and dignity of CDL Program and issuance of <br />commercial licenses.
