City of Everett Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Field Installation 00 73 43 - 1 <br /> ' SECTION 00 73 43 -WAGE RATE REQUIREMENTS <br /> PART 1 -GENERAL <br /> 1.1 SPECIFICATION REFERENCE <br /> ' A. Section 00 72 00—GENERAL CONDITIONS, Part 7.1 "Wages of Employees". <br /> 1.2 WORK LOCATION <br /> A. All Work performed within Snohomish County, WA. <br /> 1.3 PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> ' A. Contractor agrees to comply with all state and federal laws relating to the employment <br /> of labor and wage rates to be paid. The hourly wages to be paid to laborers, workers, or <br /> mechanics shall be not less than the prevailing rate of wage for an hour's work in the <br /> same trade or occupation in Snohomish County. <br /> 1. Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Snohomish County, effective date: <br /> April 1, 2023; Benefit Code Key, current edition date: April 1, 2023 are, by <br /> ' reference, made a part of this Contract. <br /> 2. Prevailing wage rates can be accessed at the following URL: <br /> http://www.lni.wa.gov/TradesLicensing/PrevWage/WageRates/default.asp <br /> 3. Printed copies of the current prevailing wage forms are available upon request. <br /> ' B. In the preparation of its Bid, based on these Specifications, the Bidder is solely <br /> responsible to <br /> 1. Use the schedule in effect at the Bid Opening Date and time, <br /> 2. Determine the appropriate labor classification(s); and <br /> 3. Utilize the appropriate and correct prevailing wage and benefit rate(s). <br /> ' C. No payment will be made on this Contract until the Contractor and each Subcontractor <br /> has submitted a "Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages", form F700-029-000, <br /> which has been approved by the industrial statistician of the Department of Labor and <br /> Industries. <br /> D. No final payment or release of retainage will be made until the Contractor and each <br /> Subcontractor has submitted an "Affidavit of Wages Paid", form F700-007-000, which <br /> has been certified by the industrial statistician of the Department of Labor and Industries. <br /> E. Post the prevailing rate of wage statement in a location readily visible to workers at the <br /> job site, or as allowed by RCW 39.12.020. The "Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing <br /> Wages" shall include: <br /> 1. Contractor's registration certificate number and <br /> ' 00 73 43 - 1 WAGE RATE REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1 <br />
