At the <br /> appointed time, all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud Via live streaming only. The <br /> link to watch the bid opening will be accessible from <br /> http://www.everettwa.gov/319/Purchasing. If you have any questions about logging into the <br /> live streaming bid opening, call (425)257-8903. <br /> The Engineer's estimate ranges for this Project are as follows: <br /> College Station: $1,470,000 to $1,630.000. <br /> Seaway Transit Station: $1,470,000 to $1,630.000. <br /> ' Everett Station: $1,470,000 to $1,630.000. <br /> TOTAL: $4,410,000 to $4,890,000 <br /> Work being performed includes, but not limited to, installation of six (6) 300kw inductive bus <br /> charger systems;two(2)each at College Station, Everett Station, and Seaway Transit Center. <br /> As stated in the Bid Form, the City may choose to award only College Station and Seaway <br /> Station, in which case the work being performed includes, but not limited to, installation of four <br /> (4)300kw inductive bus charger systems; two (2)each at College Station and Seaway Transit <br /> Center. <br /> A pre-bid walk-through is scheduled at 9:00 a.m. May 2, 2023, and at 9:00 a.m. May 9, 2023, <br /> on site at 9:00 am at College Station, 10:00 am at Everett Station, and 11:00 am at Seaway <br /> Transit Center Everett,WA.Any interested bidders may attend.Any questions and/or answers <br /> that may affect the bid will be included in an addendum to the bid documents and sent to all <br /> the plan holders. <br /> Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders <br /> List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com <br /> and clicking on "Posted Projects", "Public Works", and "City of Everett". This online plan <br /> room provides Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to: download, view, <br /> print, order full/partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources, and a free online <br /> digitizer/take-off tool.
