ORDINANCE NC. ?638 An Ordinance amending Ordinance No . 2513, as amended by Ordinance No . 2526, known as the "License Code", entitled as follows , to-wit: "An Ordinance relating to, and providing for, the licensing and regulating of certain occupations, businesses, vocations, trades , callings, amusements, places of amusements , exhibitions, entertainments, animals, motor vehicles, places and establishments; defining offenses , providing penalties; providing for the revocation and suspension. of licenses; repealing Ordinances No . 2196 , 853, 1301, 1503 , 1583, 1585, 1595, 1598, 1771, 1851, 1932, 1941, 1948; 1964, 2087, 2132, 2249, 233 , 2370 and 2038, and all other ordinances or parts of or- dinances in conflict herewith", by amending Section 72 thereof and repealing Section 6 of Ordinance No . 2574 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, providing penalties and declaring an emergency. THE CITY OF IMPETT DOS ORDAIN: Section 1: That Section 72 of Ordinance No. 2513, as amended by Ordinance No . 2526, be amended to read as follows: Section 72. The fee for a Peddler's License shall be and the same is hereby fixed at Five ( 5.00) Dollars per day or at Fifty ( 50.00) Dollars per month. Section 2. That Section 6 of Ordinance No. 2574 and all other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed . Section 3 . It appearing that this Ordinance is necessary for the public safety, peace and general welfare of the said city in the matter of protection of its public institutions, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication.
