The <br />proposed lease agreement is for an initial lease term of five years, with an option for an <br />additional five years. The monthly lease rate for approximately 3,385 square feet of <br />commercial space is $7,000 per month and will increase 3% per year after the second <br />year. Citrine will also be providing materials to install new flooring in a portion of the <br />lease space. <br />Project summary statement: <br />Citrine Health is a non-profit organization that provides health and wellness services to <br />women in the greater Puget Sound region. Citrine has been a resource for women, <br />especially the underinsured and uninsured, since 1996. Citrine partners with local <br />programs to provide women with health screenings, food assistance and post- <br />mastectomy products. Citrine’s Women’s Wellness Center also offers health classes and <br />other wellness services to women. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the Lease Agreement with Citrine Health at Everett Station. <br /> <br /> <br />
