August 2, 2023 <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />The following members of the public spoke: Gail Gabbard, Stephanie Larson, Roman Nekrasov, <br />Lise Lausiva, Ruban Trujillo, Britt Stramberg, Jeremy Kohlenberg Kate McFarlane, Luisana <br />Hernandez, Holly James, Jenny Hilham, Shawn Pressey, John Beal, Elizabeth Douglass, Christina <br />Buck, Jasmine Thundershield, Doug Modig, and Emily Simpson <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was call with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Tuohy who was <br />excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> <br />The City Council recessed for an executive session at 8:20 p.m., began the executive session at <br />8:22 p.m. At 8:38 p.m., President Stonecipher stated Council would extend the executive session <br />for an additional 15 minutes, and at 8:55 p.m. extended again for another 5 minutes. <br /> <br />The executive session concluded at 9:01 p.m. <br /> <br />Council comments were provided following the executive session. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Schwab, that this is declared <br />to be the third and final reading od Council Bill 2307-37. <br /> <br /> <br />The Deputy City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final deposition of the ordinance, as <br />amended. <br /> <br /> AYES: Rhyne, Schwab, Fosse, Zarlingo, Stonecipher <br /> NAYES: Vogeli <br /> ABSENT: Tuohy <br /> <br /> Ordinance 3964-23 adopted. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Council meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m. <br /> <br />
