` the number and date of the passage of the ordinance authorizing the improvement , the number and date of the passage confirming such as- sessment roll, and the number of such local improvement district: all such lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property may be includ- ed in one certificate ; such certificate shall be prepared by the city fifteenth treasurer of Everett once each year prior to the flret day of October. Upon the filing of such certificate , the city treasurer, with the assistance of the city attorney and such other assistance as the city council may provided, shall proceed with such foreclosure and prose- cute such foreclosure action to judgment, and the property shall be sold, all as provided in section 9386 of Eemington' s Compiled stat- utes of �4fashington, as now amended or as the same may hereafter be amended. Erovided, however, that this ordinance shall not be deemed to af- fect pending foreclosures actions, but that such actions now pending for the foreclosure of delincsuent local improvement district assess- ments shall be completed under and pursuant to the ordinances and stat- utes existing at the time of the institution of such actions. section 2. The city of rverett elects to foreclose in the manner provided in section 9386 of Remington' s Compiled rtatutes of Washing- ton, as now amended or as the same may be amended hereafter, the lien of any local improvement district assessment created prior to June 8 , 1927 , and cause deed to issue, but as to any such property purchased by the city of Everett at such foreclosure the same shall be held and sold by said city of Everett under and pursuant to the provisions of law in force and effect prior to June 8 , 1927. ection 3. That ections 11 and 13 of Ordinance _ o . 1439 , and Ord- inance No 2369 and Ordinance Uo. 2578 of the City of 'verett be and the same are hereby repealed. section 4.
