Please clarify the following at your earliest convenience so as not to avoid <br /> delay in processing your application: <br /> • The application notes the proposed use as a restaurant and the plans seem to support the transition as well. <br /> However,sheet G.1 includes the following note: "no change in use is intended under the scope of this project." <br /> Please clarify. <br /> • Please be advised that in accordance with EMC 19.34,the parking requirement for food and beverage <br /> establishments is 1 space per 200 square feet. It is not evident from the plans provided that the parking <br /> requirement can or has been met. Please refer to EMC 19.34 for complete details. <br /> If you have any Planning questions, please let me know.
