, : S t • ORDIDN.A L NO . 2615 An Ordinance vacating certain portions or a strip of land lying and be- ing on either side of Grand Avenue , beginning at 41st Street and extending to the south side of Victory Heights Addition to :Everett , all in the said City of Everett, Snohomish County, 'cashington. J RZ:AS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting on the part of the street herein sought to be vacated , duly filed their petition with the City Council of the City of Everett , praying for the vacation of the said portion. of the said Street ; and HEF AS , said Council of said City did by Resolution duly adopted fix June 27th, 1934, at the hour of 10:30 A.M. in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Everett as the time and place for the hearing of the said petition; and WHEREAS , due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and determination of said petition has been duly given by the City Clerk of said City as required by law; and 7.71EREAS , at the ti:rie and place fixed for hearing no person appeared or made objections to the vacating of the herein described lands and no objections of any kind were made to the granting of the said petition; and WHEREAS, on the said 27th day of June , 1934, the Council did upon their motion continue the said hearing to the 3rd day of July , 1934, for further consideration.; and 'IITEREAS , it now appearing tc the City Council that said petition should be granted and said City Council does hereby determine to vacate the said portion of said street hereinafter more particularly descri red .
