Quick question. We have a project at site address: 2235 Lake Heights Dr, Everett, WA 98208 1 Parcel: 28052900204900 <br />and the scope of work is replacing a 250-gallon hot water storage tank and streamlining some of the pipes going to it. <br />Can this work be process as an OTC permit or will it require plan review? If plan review is needed, what information will <br />we need to provide on the drawings? <br />I know that plumbing permit can be OTC unless it's a commercial kitchen.
