Approach <br />Commonstreet Consulting representatives will provide relocation advisory services related to the Waits <br />Motel property located at 1301 Lombard Avenue in the City of Everett, Washington. <br />B. Reporting <br />Commonstreet Consulting will provide the City of Everett with regular detailed progress reports. <br />C. Staffing <br />• Sr. Project Manager (1) <br />• Project Manager (1) <br />• Relocation Agent/Sr. Relocation Agent (2) <br />• Sr. Project Control Specialist (1) <br />D. Client Requirements <br />• Provide ongoing direction to Commonstreet Consulting representatives. <br />E. Commonstreet Consulting’s Compensations for Services <br />Commonstreet Consulting’s compensation for the services under this agreement will not <br />exceed $45,000.00, including hourly compensation per the table below and pre-authorized <br />expenses <br />Title Hourly Rate <br />Sr. Project Manager $208.00 <br />Project Manager $185.00 <br />Sr. Relocation/Acquisition Agent $155.00 <br />Relocation/Acquisition Agent $125.00 <br />Sr. Project Control Specialist $155.00 <br /> <br />To be invoiced at the conclusion of each month. <br /> <br /> <br />
