The 2023-2028 TDP summarizes 2022 performance <br />and operations, including revenue hours, revenue miles, and fleet composition. It also <br />contains operating and financial projections for 2023-2028. The projections reflect a <br />modest increase in service hours as the agency continues to recover from the pandemic <br />and a conservative approach regarding future service growth. <br />The plan anticipates Everett Transit receiving grant funds that will allow it to make <br />needed upgrades to its fleet as well as enable it to preserve and maintain its facilities <br />(Everett Station). <br />A draft of the 2023-2028 TDP was presented to the Transportation Advisory Committee <br />(TAC) on July 20, 2023. The TDP elements are contained in the Everett Transit <br />Comprehensive Plan adopted by the City Council on October 7, 2015. Therefore, <br />acceptance, not adoption is required for the TDP. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Conduct a Public Hearing for the 2023-2028 Everett Transit Development Plan and 2022 <br />Annual Report.
