This does not <br />include the existing larger warehouse area. There will be some relocation within 10'. New offices and areas with T-Bar ceiling will have <br />hidden flex duct runs to new supply diffusers. Return locations will not be altered for main return due to size and location in ceiling. New T- <br />stats will control main floor area for 1 st & 2nd floor. New thermostats are not included for each office.
