We no longer <br /> have a presence in Washington so if you could please let me know what we need to do to get this closed out. <br /> Permit M2001-019,you are showing as approved 3/9/2020 with no permit fee received. Our records show that the <br /> check for this permit$2,205 was voided as the work was cancelled.
