Labor Warranty Evergreen State Heat&AC and Evergreen Eastside Heat&AC provides all new installations with a 5 year labor warranty.That means that repair work needed on your system at any time during the first 5 years from your installation date are 100%no cost to you for us to fix it.You may purchase an extension of that labor warranty for an additional 5 years(10 years total). We will honor this labor warranty,as long as you are on our annual maintenance plan. If the maintenance is purchased but not performed on a regular schedule this may lead to denial of your labor warranty claim. Annual Preventative Maintenance Once each year around the anniversary date of your installation a Certified Technician needs to take a look at your system.We offer maintenance plans that will reduce the overall cost of this service when kept up to date. At the time this maintenance is performed,your technician will ask to collect for next year,unless you have previously purchased additional years. If extenuating circumstances prevail and your maintenance is not performed in a timely manner,it is up to our descretion to determine if the labor warranty is invalidated.
