80/120 Commitments for 2023/2024 Winter Season <br />Please submit the following 80/120 commitment table to Enterprise Services by August 31, <br />2023 to confirm your 80/120 commitments for the 2023/2024 winter season under Statewide <br />Contract 11021. This commitment requires agencies to purchase 80% of the target volume and <br />in turn the vendor must then be able to provide up to 120% of the target volume for your <br />agency. This table should be completed for each vendor and product that you are planning to <br />order an aggregate volume of 100 tons or greater.
