Please review and respond to the comments below. Architectural 1. On Sheet A1.2, it appears that a roll-up-door is proposed to be used as a means of egress. This does not appear to conform to the requirements of IBC 1010.1.2 regarding door swing. Please clarify and revise as required. Structural 1. It appears that Sheet S3.2 was not submitted as part of the sheet set. For instance Sheet S2.2 has callouts referencing details found on Sheet S3.2, but cannot be located on Sheet Index or set. It may also refer to callouts found on Sheet S5.2, which is included in the drawing set. Please clarify. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response letter indicating how the corrections were resolved.
