Potential Damage and Cleaning Charges This is a list of the most common charges encountered when the apartment is in need of cleaning/repair. Please note that these charges are minimal estimates and may not include all potential charges: actual charges may vary. The cost of cleaning and repair after move-out will be owed if you do not have a deposit, or if your deposit is not sufficient to cover the charges. Normal wear and tear, and the condition of the apartment when you moved in (based on move -in inspections/condition forms) will be taken into consideration before charges are accrued. Resident is required to pay balance within 45 days of receipt.
