CONCESSION AND PROVISION ADDENDUM WASHINGTON <br />Apartment: 511A, 511B, 511C, 513A, 513B, 513C <br />Resident(s): Trevor Ryan, Tyler Ottesen, Elizabeth Hagan and Mike Letourneau <br />As a consideration for the resident(s) entering into the lease agreement dated, August 23, 2023. Management agrees to the following <br />concession(s) and/or provisions: <br />$300 concession for each bed space rented, total of $1,800 <br />Resident understands and agrees that his/her rights to benefit from the concession or special are contingent upon full compliance with <br />all the terms and conditions of the lease agreement.
