Storage Number: at 600 9th Ave. #1 - 501 The premises are rented on a month to month basis and require a thirty (301 <br />day notice prior to the end of the month to terminate the agreement. Whether or not the tenancy commences as of the first <br />day of a calendar month, the tenancy will be deemed to be renewed as of the first day of each month. <br />2. This agreement is incorporated in and shall become part of the rental agreement executed by the Resident. <br />3. Resident agrees to pay additional rent in the amount of $20.00 per month for use of the above mentioned storage unit. <br />4. Resident will abide by the following rules and regulations concerning storage units: <br />a. All stored items must be kept inside storage unit at all times. <br />b. At no time may combustible or flammable items or any items that may cause damages or an increase or termination of <br />Owner's insurance be placed in the storage unit. <br />c. Upon vacating, all items in storage unit must be immediately removed. Failure to do so will result in resident being <br />charged for all costs related to removing and/or disposing of items. <br />d. Resident agrees to hold the building free from any liability associated with said unit and its contents. While building will <br />act prudently in protecting the contents of all storage units, resident is renting space at his/her own risk. <br />5. Resident agrees that a breach of this agreement shall also be a breach of the rental agreement referenced herein, and <br />such a breach may be grounds for termination of this agreement and for termination of tenancy. <br />I have read, understand and agree to comply with terms and provisions set forth herein.
