600 Ninth Ave Apts <br />4 COAST <br />BUILDING ACCESS AGREEMENT <br />The 600 Ninth Ave Apts is a controlled access private residence. Visitors and guests must remain outside until <br />escorted in by the respective resident or management. If visitors or guests fail to adhere to this policy, they will be in <br />violation of Section 10.68.040 of the Everett Municipal Code. Violators will be prosecuted. <br />Addendum to the LEASE/RENTAL AGREEMENT dated August 7. 2023 between City of Everett (lessee(s)) and Harborview <br />Tower (Landlord) regarding Apartment Number: 1 - 501 at the 600 Ninth Ave Apts Apartments located at 600 9th Ave, <br />Seattle. WA 98104. I/We the undersigned hereby acknowledge and agree to: <br />1. Escort all guests and visitors into the 600 Ninth Ave Apts building. <br />2. Be responsible for guests/visitors adherence to this policy. Visitors are to remain outside until escorted onto the premises <br />by the respective resident or management. <br />3. Use the front entrance only as the means of entering and exiting the premises except in the case of a fire emergency. <br />4. Not assign, lend or give the entry key card to a non-resident for the purpose of entry without management's written <br />approval. <br />5. Not tamper with closing or locking devices on building entrance or emergency exit doors. <br />6. Pay a lost entry key card charge of $50.00 prior to the acceptance of new entry key card. <br />7. Tenant(s) further acknowledges that failure to adhere to this policy will result in the termination of the lease. <br />8.
