This is a warehouse that has unit heaters in the ceiling already, but will the
restrooms and break room have heat? I would ask that question. I looked on the electrical
permit and only see breakers and panels on it. They could be putting in electrical boxes in the
wall, I don't know because it is not on the plans or listed on the permits.
You could issue the permit and put in the notes: For exhaust only, heating requires
additional permits.
41-rr
Shellie Pons
Plumbing/Mechanical Inspector
Engineering/Public Services Department
P:425.257.8810 / Direct:425.257.7274
E: spons@everettwa.cov
Office: 3200 Cedar Street, 2"d Floor, Everett, WA, 98201
Hours: Monday —Friday 7:30am-12:OOpm and 1:OOpm-4:OOpm
www.everettwa.gov/permits
E1
NOTICE: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be
subject to disclosure pursuant to the Public Records Act.
From: Terri Jorgenson <TJorgenson@everettwa.gov>
Sent: Tuesday, September 1, 2020 3:34 PM
To: Shellie Pons <SPons@everettwa.cov>
Subject: FW: Commercial Mechanical Application
Importance: High
— Terri Jorgenson
Permit Technician I Permit Services
425.257.8810, Option 8 1 3200 Cedar Street, 2"d Floor, Everett, WA 98201
EVERETT Phone Hours: M/W/Th: 8 a.m. — 12 p.m & 1 p.m. —3 p.m.
everettwa.gov/permits I Facebook I Twitter
