The site is located on the east side of Broadway, south of 14th Street. The development <br /> is proposed to construct a single building containing 4,000 square feet (SF) of warehouse use and <br /> 8,000 SF of office use.There is currently a single-family detached unit and a building containing 800 <br /> SF of warehouse use and 2,200 SF of office use on-site that will be removed with the development. <br /> 1. TRIP GENERATION <br /> Trip generation calculations for CM Heating development are based on data published in the Institute <br /> of Transportation Engineer (ITE) Trip Generation Manual, 10th Edition + Supplement (2020).
