I recently purchased a property in Everett off grand Avenue. The <br />city had a program that planted two ornamental cherry trees in <br />front of my property, the trees sadly are diseased now and need <br />to be replaced. My question is can my landscaper remove the <br />trees and replace with Dogwood? Is there any city program that <br />would assist with this project?
