In the interim, I wanted to inquire if it might be <br />appropriate to use the drilling company's contractor license. Cardno is an environmental consulting firm overseeing <br />Holocene Drilling drill the borings. If that is acceptable on your end, I will confirm that is OK with Holocene that we can <br />put their contractor license (Attached) on the permit. <br />Also, upon further evaluation while on the job site, we have determined that it makes more sense to drill the 5 borings <br />depicted by blue dots on the second attached PDF on the City of Everett ROW property.
