I only have one comment. The basement includes <br />an non -conditioned non -habitable space that is being converted to habitable space. Energy credits are required per <br />WSEC 2018 Section R406; a total of 1.5 credits is required. A link is provided below. Please note that the credits must <br />account for the fuel normalization credit per Table R406.2, where negative values mean additional credits are required; <br />based on the Sheet 2 plan, it appears that a gas furnace is provided, which results in a normalization credit of zero. <br />https://up.codes/viewerlwashington/wa-energy-code-residential-provisions-2018/chapter/RE 4/re-residential-energy- <br />efficiency#R406 <br />Please select the minimum required credits per Table R406.3.
