I had been in touch with <br />the City of Everett over a code violation related to an illegal kitchen. I agreed to hire contractors to <br />obtain permits and reverse the plumbing and electrical. They have not yet been able to get those <br />permits and I need you to review this ASAP. <br />Attached is the letter that I signed and then the City of Everett released the title to be transferred <br />Please call me or explain what I am supposed to do.
