RESOLUTION NO. ______________ <br />A RESOLUTION authorizing next steps for ARPA-funded projects and initiatives. <br />WHEREAS, <br />A.The City of Everett is the recipient of $20,695,570 from the Coronavirus Local Fiscal <br />Recovery Fund, as authorized by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). These funds <br />represent a one-time opportunity to invest federal dollars toward the City’s most pressing <br />community challenges and recovery efforts.
