The <br />home owner was onsite and invited me in. I asked the owner what work was being done. The owner <br />stated that the garage was being converted to living space. I stated that other permits were required <br />such as a building permit and wrote a violation hold correction to obtain all required permits. I did not <br />continue the inspection or take photos.
