This corrects my previous discussion with Jeff regarding the basement,which cannot be conditioned with <br /> providing insulation meeting current code and energy credits. It was not discussed, but the windows and doors would <br /> also need to meet current code. It was also stated that the project is still under the 2015 IBC and 2015 WSEC, so less <br /> energy credits would be required if permitted now.
