I am hoping that there is something that I can do to get a response sooner than the quoted 10-12 week time frame. I understand that I am not the only one but if there is anything that I can do, please let me know. I am happy to do what it takes to help! We have buyers who are eagerly awaiting the decision and a seller who is being stretched with the unexpected issues that have been passed on from the previous owners. Without be able to close before the end of the year she is at risk of losing the sale so again please let me know if you need any additional information or if there is anything else I can do to expedite the process.
