Title 16 (building & construction) ❑ Other <br />❑ Design and construction standards and specifications. <br />❑ Project specifications and special provisions <br />The following defects/violations have been noted: <br />The following work shall be stopped until the above defects/violations are resolved to the satisfaction or <br />the Director of Public Works or his designee: <br />- WARNING The failure to stop work or the resumption of work without permission of the Director of Public <br />Works or his designee,or the removal, mutilation, destruction or concealment of thisorder, or the <br />r <br />failure to take and/or complete any required corrective actions shall constitute a violation of <br />ordinance no. 894-82 (as it is or is hearafter amended) which is punishable by a maximum fine of <br />,,. ; $500 and/or imprisonment for six months.
