In order for the Planning Department to approve the permit, please submit the following: 1. Please call out the height of the front deck and steps above existing grade. The front deck/steps cannot be located in the front setback if it is taller than 42 inches above existing grade per EMC19.20.240. This can be a picture with the dimension called out (measured from the ground to deck surface). 2. The dimensions called out on the site plan do not add up to the 50-foot lot width. Please revise accordingly. 3. Please note that the kitchen in the basement shall be removed. You may have a wet bar sink, but not a full kitchen sink. I have redline this on the plans. If you would like to convert the basement to an Accessory Dwelling Unit, you will need to submit an application to do so. You may email me the above corrections and I can redline information on the plans, as our office is currently closed. If you would like to drop the plans off in person, you may put them in the drop box at 3200 Cedar Street.
