Here are Kurt's <br />notes from the consultation. <br />(3/29/2022 7:56 AM KMK) <br />Site visit. <br />Discussed overall project. <br />Shed needs to be removed. <br />Basement: <br />Work was done without permits. <br />Obtain permits and inspections for electrical, mechanical (including for fire place), and plumbing if <br />applicable. <br />Open all areas that have not been inspected. <br />Garage: Has canned lights. The electrical inspector can verify if they were existing. Also there is <br />plumbing and electrical for a washer/dryer that may be existing.
