I bought it <br />off MLS and the property was fully finished in the basement & garage area. I check on the county record <br />it also shows the garage area was finished as well. Eileen Hinkley did an inspection a couple weeks ago <br />and she realized that the basement was finished without permit, so now I like to get the basement <br />permitted. <br />Now I'm renting this house to 4 individuals and i would like to keep renting it that way. <br />Please let me know what is the next step for me to do and you can call me at 425-598-8888 if you like to <br />speak overthe phone. <br />Thankyou <br />
