I inspected it yesterday and was able to go <br /> in and take photos. <br /> I checked Permit Trak and the microfiche documents, and it only contained permits for when the house was being <br /> built. Work has been done and undone since it was built, without record of permits. My notes,documents and photos <br /> are in Code Trak. <br /> I found additional information and photos from Redfin that show the differences, particularly in the basement and <br /> garage. The house was most recently purchased in January of 2016. I'm guessing the unlawful/unpermitted work was <br /> done before that, but now the owner is responsible. The current owner is using it as a rooming house. There are <br /> currently four unrelated tenants, based on my observation.
