I can't really control where the people want to sleep and there is nothing wrong sleeping in a bigger room if that's what they like.Also, I am renting this house to a nonprofit housing program which they house homeless people, they are actually solving the housing issue that our city is facing now. Now if you require me to ask the people inside the house to move their bed to the bedrooms, I will do it and then ask you to come to inspect it again as near as next week. As for the garage converted to living space. I bought this house more than 3 years ago and it was like this when i bought it.
