This is the result of a proactive inspection at the apartments. She said <br /> they routinely check the structures for safety/damage/etc. They found that the balcony had some wood rot and upon <br /> further inspection, needed to be repaired/replaced (end of August). They had a contractor start work on 9/12 and we <br /> received a complaint from the tenant on 9/20. They expect to have it finished by the end of the month.
