The drawings for the foundation system should be sealed by an Engineer licensed by the <br /> State of Washington with a current expiration date (last legible date is shown as 2011). <br /> Section R106.1 <br /> a. This includes all the drawings and calculations for the specific foundation, not just <br /> information submitted by the manufacturer. <br /> 2.
