This email will serve as the review letter. The <br />comments below should be addressed. Two revised full-sized hard -copies of the drawings should be submitted for <br />review. An itemized response letter stating how each comment has been addressed should be included with the <br />drawing. Additional revised documentation, including but not limited structural calculations and other supporting <br />documentation, should be submitted as required. <br />Comments <br />General: <br />1. The revised drawings do not reflect redlines provided on the previously issued drawings. Many still apply and <br />must be transferred. This is the responsibility of the design team to perform. See additional comments below. <br />2. Sheet A0.2 showing the egress plan is not included in the set. <br />Architectural: <br />3. The exit signs must be specified. Emergency power must be specified. <br />4. The interior and exterior egress lighting must be specified. Emergency power must be specified. <br />5. Panic hardware is not specified. <br />6. The occupant load sign is not specified. <br />7. The modified bathroom does not have an accessible entrance. <br />8. The requires assembly aisles must be dimensioned. <br />9. The drawing must specify the presence of a Type I hood. An additional permit is required. <br />10. The drawing must specify that the project requires submittal of plumbing drawings due to the requirement for a <br />grease trap. <br />11.
