Provide a framing detail at the floor. The detail should show how load is transferred from floor <br />to floor. The detail should show a complete load path. <br />19. Provide a roof framing detail. Detail should show a complete load path. <br />20. See Roof Framing Plan on Sheet 6. It appears a beam is missing located at the interior bearing <br />wall located at the hallway. An outline of a beam appears to be shown on the Upper Floor Plan <br />on Sheet 3. <br />21. See Sheet 3. Headers are specified at the sliding glass door, adjacent windows, and windows <br />above. Plans should specify required supports. Calculations substantiating the design should <br />be submitted for review. <br />22. A fastener schedule should be provided per IRC Table R602.3(1). Providing a reference to this <br />table in the drawings does not satisfy this requirement. In addition, the make and model of <br />proprietary hardware should be specified in the plans and details where used for connections. <br />This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br />amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br />during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br />requirements.
