STATUTORY ELIGIBLE USE <br /> <br />The Project complies with the following Statutory Eligible Use: to respond to the <br />COVID-19 public health emergency or its negative economic impacts, including <br />assistance to households, small businesses, and non-profits, or to aid impacted <br />industries such as tourism, travel, and hospitality. <br /> <br />III. REPORTING <br /> <br />The Agency shall submit to the County such reports as the County requests <br />pursuant to the requirements of federal, state, and local law, regulations, and <br />guidance as applicable.
