They are concerned that if we wait for the plumbing <br />permit to be approved with the building permit, then we won't have a permit when it comes time to do underground <br />plumbing, which is happening in two or three weeks. Is there anything that can be done? Could we get a groundwork <br />only permit? Or, can you approve the plumbing permit at the same time as the foundation permit?
