Fire Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />August 16, 2023 <br />1 <br />The regular meeting of the Fire Pension Board was called to order at 9:30 a.m. on August 16, <br />2023. Board Members Vitalich, Franklin, Stonecipher and Jorve were present. Board Member <br />Neyens was expected to be late. Board Attorney David Hall, Marcy Hammer, Nick Biss and Ana <br />Mechler, Human Resources; and Richard Gray, Finance, were also present. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the meeting of June 21, 2023, were approved. <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $700,000.00 <br />June 2023 $55,942.28 <br />Remaining budget $292,550.37 41.79% <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $2,084,000.00 <br />June 2023 $90,515.35 <br />June 2023 HMA fees $15,605.96 <br />Remaining budget $1,417,680.69 68.03% <br />Moved by Franklin, seconded by Vitalich, to approve the pension rolls and medical claims as <br />presented. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except Board Members Neyens, who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />Board Member Neyens arrived at 9:34 a.m. <br />SPECIAL BILLS FOR BOARD REVIEW <br />Member #114 Request for reimbursement for lidocaine patch in the amount of $64.57
