<br />City of Everett <br />3rd Ave SE Water Quality Treatment Page 8 of 14 <br />· The City will review the cost estimates and provide comments for incorporation into the <br />Final Facilities Report. <br />Assumptions: <br />· Priority locations will be reviewed for inclusion during biweekly meetings. <br />· A workshop will be held with City staff to review the basin evaluations and to select up <br />to 10 facilities to provide planning level costs (Task 3.5). <br />· Regional facility fact sheets will be developed for prioritized facilities to support the <br />ranking process in Task 3.4. <br />Deliverables: <br />· Proposed locations with reference maps will be included in the Regional Facilities <br />Report. <br />· The consultant will produce Regional Facility fact sheets for 10 facilities. <br /> <br />Task 3.4: Regional facility ranking. <br /> <br />The Consultant and City will rank the regional facility options based on the metrics developed in <br />Task 2. <br />City of Everett’s Responsibilities <br />· The City will identify staff to participate in the ranking workshop. <br />Assumptions: <br />· A ranking workshop will be held with City staff to rank the basin evaluations. <br />· No additional metrics will be required from the Assessment Matrix developed under Task <br />2. <br />Deliverables: <br />· Priority ranking will be included in the Regional Facility Report. <br /> <br />Task 3.5: Planning-level cost estimates. <br /> <br />The Consultant will develop planning level 5 cost estimates for up to ten (10) potential regional <br />facility options. <br />City of Everett’s Responsibilities <br />· The City will select up to 10 sites to perform planning-level cost estimates. <br />· The City will review the cost estimates and provide comments for incorporation into the <br />Final Facilities Report.
